Hey, indie authors! I’m kicking off something exciting: Goldwell’s Author Story Coop, a private Facebook group where 6-8 of us will team up to create a single, awesome book. If you’ve got at least one published work and a passion for collaboration, this is for you.
What’s the Deal?
Back around 2010–2017, I ran a Facebook co-op where authors helped promote each other’s books. It was great—until censorship and my support for the president at the time got my account canceled, wiping out my contacts. Now, I’m rebuilding with a fresh twist. In this co-op, we’re not just promoting—we’re creating. Over two weeks, we’ll shape a story together through daily posts in the group. Think genre votes, character ideas, and plot twists, all decided by us. No royalties, just rewards: your name and a link to your Amazon page or website in the credits, plus we’ll all promote the final book to boost our reach.
How It Works
- Who: 6-8 indie authors (published authors only).
- Where: A private Facebook group—I’ll invite you if you qualify.
- When: Two weeks of fast-paced story development, starting soon.
- How: Daily posts with 24-hour response windows. One day it’s “Sci-fi or Mystery?”—the next, “Suggest a character!”
